Due to popular demand, we’re delighted to bring back our Thursday Open Evenings at Barrett Castle Lighting.
If you’re building, renovating or simply have a few areas of your home you’d like to update, choosing lighting can take time. Sometimes it’s much easier when you can come in, have a proper look around and talk through what you need without feeling rushed.
Every Thursday evening, Leanne from our lighting team will be available for private one-hour appointments at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm.
There’s no charge and no obligation to buy. It’s simply an opportunity to get some practical help with the lighting for your home.
Bring your plans or photos
If you’re working on a new build, bring your house plans or drawings with you. If it’s an existing home, a few photos on your phone are ideal.
This gives Leanne a better understanding of the space and what you’re trying to achieve overall.
You might be choosing pendants for a kitchen island, looking for something for a hallway or living room, planning your outdoor lighting or working through an entire new build.
Whatever stage you’re at, we can help you work through the options.
Take your time and see what works
One of the reasons we’re bringing the evenings back is that customers value having time to look around the showroom and compare different styles.
We stock a wide selection of lighting from brands including Laura Ashley, Dar Lighting, Endon, Magnalux and Searchlight, alongside many other ranges, with options for different styles and budgets.
And because Barrett Electrical is right here too, we can help with the practical side of the job, including cables, switches, sockets, bulbs and the other electrical accessories you may need for installation.
A good time to make a few changes before Christmas
With Christmas approaching, the Thursday evenings are also ideal if there are a few jobs around the house you’ve been meaning to get around to.
It doesn’t have to mean changing everything. A new pendant over the dining table, a lamp in the living room or updating the lighting in your hallway can make a real difference to how a room looks and feels.
Our showroom also has a selection of mirrors, occasional furniture and home accessories if you’re looking for those finishing touches.
