Postage Orders

All orders can be delivered anywhere in UK and Ireland.

Enjoy FREE delivery to Northern Ireland, Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales on orders of £75 and over (excluding Islands).

Orders valued at under £75 is £4.95 for delivery within Northern Ireland, Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales (excluding Islands).

Alternatively a 'Click & Collect' service is available on all order values at no extra cost.

Our standard free shipping takes between 3-7 working days and our despatch days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday will be processed and shipped from Monday morning.

Delivery to UK Islands and Highlands cost £50 this includes the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands and Scottish Island.

Goods that are not in our store, will be ordered from suppliers in UK or Ireland and may add additional days to the delivery time. Please do not book an electrician, if you require the goods in a set time frame call us to get a better indication for delivery.

We aim to offer the best customer service and work closely with couriers Royal Mail, DPD and others to ensure your order arrives quickly and undamaged.

There is no additional charge for this service. Simply select 'Click & Collect' at the checkout stage.

Once you have placed an order online we will be in contact with you within 24-hours via the phone contact details which you provide in order to arrange a collection slot between 2- 4pm (Monday - Friday) at our store which is located at:

We will arrange full payment prior to collection for all phone orders.

Upon ordering we will provide you with a collection slot between 2- 4pm (Monday - Friday) at our store which is located at:

Returns and Exchanges 

Returning your product because your changed your mind:

Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 35 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund. 

If you wish to return an item which has a value of over £100, please take it back in person and not by post or courier. Please be aware that we'll only process your refund once the item has been returned to and checked by our team; this can take up to 14 days.

Returning a damaged item:

All items must be checked upon delivery from the courier and any breakages or damage reported to Barrett Castle Lighting within 72-hours. Any damage or breakage reported after this time cannot be claimed via the courier on your behalf.

Returning a faulty item:

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.

After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Which products can't be returned:

• Products you received over 35 days ago

• Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)

• Products without original packaging or labels

• Products or packaging in poor condition

• Products that contain your personal data or have been manufacturer-registered

• Gift Cards

• Where a product has been personalised for you, or made to your specific measurements

• Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.
